What are the terms of service? It is the organized process between the client and the host, defining the type of relationship and the services the host is required to provide to the client according to these guidelines. We have outlined them in a simplified and concise manner as follows:

1- Hosting:

Hosting services include what is globally recognized by international companies as services associated with each plan. Technical support is entirely free during the hosting period and does not cover data entry, programming, or design of the website; it is strictly related to hosting.
The client must settle their obligations before the hosting end date; otherwise, financial penalties may apply, reaching double the renewal price, and their account may be subject to immediate deletion.
Website backups are free throughout the hosting period, and at the end of the hosting, a backup fee ($50) must be paid if the version is still available on our servers.
Websites are susceptible to various factors such as programming errors, technical glitches, hacking, and other issues. Be cautious and download a copy of your site, as we do not guarantee any electronic malfunction beyond our control. We will provide backups for your site as much as possible, based on the hosting plan you have chosen.

2- Domain:

When you purchase a domain through us, you have the right to use it throughout the entire reservation period, subject to global service terms recognized by domain companies. You can transfer or act on it at any time if you still own the domain rights, and the fees are as specified on the website.
The domain owner must pay before its expiration; otherwise, a late payment fine of $120, including the renewal fee, will apply.

3- Our Software:

All software we provide through our site is guaranteed for maintenance and problem resolution, if any, during the specified purchase period at the time of booking, as well as providing development services.

4- Misuse:

Misuse of any of the services you have purchased, such as hosting, software, and other services provided on this site, may result in temporary or complete suspension of your service, immediate termination of your account, and you are not entitled to claim compensation. Examples include violating country laws and regulations, installing copyrighted materials, causing harm beyond the legal limit, and other legal reasons.

5- Refund Policy:

When purchasing any service from our site, you cannot retrieve the amount paid. Once booked and paid for the service, you cannot cancel it and get a refund for any reason. Therefore, be cautious when purchasing or booking any service, ensuring that you are completely sure about your choice and will not change your mind after the purchase or reservation.
